samsung aq24vban - E1 error message

Hi,

I have a vivace samsung about 4 years old. the minute I turn it on it beeps and gives E1 error code then turns off.

I have cleaned the filters and same. Then turned it off at the mains for a whole day and back on. It worked for about an our then gave same error.

any ideas. Someone said that it might be the thermostat.

Is this defo correct code, my records show it should have more numbers?

check indoor temp sensor and coil sensor
