Hi all,

My name is Jamie, I'm new to this forum after discovering it through google! I work as a trainee for a company within the west midlands UK.

As part of my training programme, I am required to understand the criteria for setting cold room sizes.

Can anybody provide me with any information regarding this please?

ps. I work as a trainee within our office, and have only had limited experience of working out on the field, therefore I will not hold as much technical knowledge as the rest of you. Try and keep your answers as basic as possible please!
