Electrolux freezer suction pipe icing up

Got a bit of a funny one the suction pipe on a Electrolux freezer keeps icing up cabinet cooling fine gas pressure 0.5 bar r134a but the customer is very funny. About it reinsulated all the pipeworkand uts only the suction pipe that ices up only thing I can suggest is poor airflow around the produce but all evap shelves are quite clear of ice

The suction line will frost/ice up but as long as it is properly insulated you should only see frost/ice at the suction inlet on the compressor. If the evaporator is icing up, you have a whole different problem.

Agree with passandscore. I would assume its a static shelf if it's on r134a so freezing back will always occur when in operation.
