Arneg Chiller cools after witched off overnight

    Hi

I hope someone can shed some light on the issue I have.

And also Thanks for the help in advance.

I have a client who has an arneg display chiller with a remote condenser. systems been working fine for about 2 years and has had a clean and service etc (done every year by us) suddenly the system has generated an issue where it stops cooling.

It stops cooling, and when switched off overnight, and switched on again in the morning, it starts cooling as normal.

cant see to figure out whats causing it. I have a feeling there is a blockage in the pipe, I just wanted to see if anyone thought the same.

    any ideas are welcome.

    thanks in advance

    Rav

If there was a blocked pipe, it wouldn't cool as normal in the next morning

I would check the control circuit, sounds like a relay not function.

relay getting warm on digistat, once cools operates- whenu next goto it and it aint cooling- tap the controller with the head of a screwdriver to see if cooling starts

And check the compressor as it may be shutting down on klixon and resetting once it had cooled down overnight.
