Advise about suction superheat setting of TXV sporlan OJE32JCP60/OJE40JCP6O
The above TXV is installed in Mcquay Chiller HA-ST MC ENERGY 143.2. would somoone advise about the suction superheat setting of this TXV along with the picture of valve showing procedure of setting.what should be the value of suction superheat if the valve is correctly adjusted?

For this valve 7-8 Degree Celsius Suction super heat is Appropriate at full laod
Procedure:
NOTE:Before making any chnages calibrate all transducer and sensor, And adjustment to TXV Stem should be made in half turn only.
1)Run Chiller at 100% load For 15 minute
2)Tightening this stem will increase Superheat whereas Loosening Stem will decrease Super heat
3)So check if you have SSH less than 7Degree then close it by half turn and wait for 15minutes to let system stable.If necessary turn more and wait for System to stable until you get Desired.
4)Vice versa case with SSH more than 7 Degree
