Samsung rs21 problem

Yet another problem

This time came home from work and it tripped the electric.
I think I found the problem to be a small circuit board with 3 fuses on it, I read last night that you can by pass this as it was a retro fit by samsung under warranty?

1st one any body know where I can get this pastry from?
The fridge is now working but.......

The freezer is all good and the fridge is on +12, I have removed the panel inside the fridge and its a block of ice and I'm in the possess of defrosting

2nd problem I think it's called the evaporator where it's all iced up has holes in the pipes is this correct or shouldn't they be there?
