In addition to fault code 4250 :
    * power to neutral is 120v and line across is 210v

I have disconnected the compressor. There is no shortage to ground. But when I run the unit, I still get fault code 4250 displayed.

The fan motor for the radiator panel comes on just after fault code 4250 is displayed.

    A little patience my friend.

This is a world wide forum and the members are not always on line or monitoring posts. Most of us still work for a living and visit at different times, depending where we are in the world.

It might help if you posted a little information regarding the background to the unit and any history of faults, which will allow the members to build a better picture of your situation.

The fault 4250 refers to a faulty power module...see the attached pdf

    Abnormality of power module
Check abnormality by driving power module
    in case overcurrent is detected.
    (UF or UP error condition)
1 Outdoor stop valve is closed.
2 Decrease of power supply voltage
    3 Looseness, disconnection or

    1 Open stop valve.
2 Check facility of power supply.
3 Correct the wiring (U•V•W phase) to
compressor. Refer to page 125 and 126.
4 Check compressor referring to page 28.
5 Replace outdoor power circuit board.

Which boards have you replaced? All of the inverter pack or just certain boards?

4250 can be caused by a number of things.

Over current detected by the current sensor
A short circuit on the load side just before starting the inverter operation
Short circuit in the output wiring
    Inverter board fault
    Compressor fault.

The fan motor for the radiator panel comes on to keep the temperature below 105C otherwise it would fault on 4260.

Do you have an inverter checker to verify balanced output from the inverter with the compressor disconnected?
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.
