    Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner model : PUHY-200TEM-A



    Can someone help me out........The outside unit is on but the it is not cooling and there is NO fault code displayed. What could be the problem???

    Lots of different options there...

    The first thing to do is to determine what ON actually means. For example, is the compressor running and if so at what speed?

    Then to connect gauges and check the pressures and temperatures is always a good start of any troubleshooting exercise.

    Most likely, when you got that far the answer to your question is obvious...

    We had hooked up the gauge and the pressures was fluctuating between 40 and 90 psi on the suction side - R-22 *****...

    what buttons on the mnet remote to press to get the fault code, anyone please?

    if alarm is present it will show up on controller
    check outdoor unit for fault code
