suggest me cooling probplem in the edging room

In our refrigerator industry, we have recently faced a problem in the edging room(in the room in which refrigerator auto-check has been maintained for 55minutes approximately). In the production line after vacuum process(to seal the cycle) we charge the refrigerant(suppose 83gm 134a for 210litre) after that refrigerator goes to the edging room for cooling/Auto check. But the problem is it is taking 100 minutes at least for complete cooling at maximum thermostat range. So what do you think? What will be the possible reason & the solution?

    thank you

Re: suggest me cooling probplem in the edging room

Is it operating within design ambient test conditions?

Is the design of the system correct?

What are the system operating conditions, temperatures/pressures etc.?
