    Saunier Duval !!!!!

    Hi Guys,

Got called out to a Saunier Duval unit today. SSH025WI/WO not working on heat. Found the power light on the indoor unit flashing. Switch off both units and run on test in both heat and cool, all seems ok

Pressures slightly high (R407) but nothing to write home about in both modes (Changing over OK)

Assuming unit has had gas leaks in past as oil smells and dye in system.

Has anyone got any technical info on these units and if so can you let me know what a flashing power light on the AHU means

    regards

    Fatboy

    Re: Saunier Duval !!!!!

    Hi rdocwra,
if you tried to turn the unit on with the remote and it didnt bleep, you will find that it has tripped off on the outdoor rt control board. these units will lock out if they trip on a safety device more than 4 times, on the fifth try it will lock out. if you turn off mains and then restart system will operate normally until it agian experiences a trip on lp, hp or similar device.
