Overhaul a Old R12 Arneg Server over advice please

I have a customer who has a 2.5 mtr wide Arneg Serve Over.
It was on R12, I knew this time would come ...

The Evap coil has started to spring leaks.
The engineer brazed them and re gassed with FX56.

In the long term we need to change the whole coil.
We can buy Rivacold coils from CARRS but am a little uncertain about capillary and the existing old compressor, which is now running on FX56.

How do i go about specifying a replacement Coil, compressor and refrigerant ?

We cant take the Serve Over out as a) its built in, b) the shop front window would have to come out.

Any advice or pointers would be really appreciated.

Think R-134a, poe oil and the same size unit and evap coil.

The coil can be copied by a company such as 3T (http://www.three-t.co.uk/ ), have them call out to size it. Replace the compressor with a new condensing unit and fit a TEV, simplifies sizing etc.

in the long run though i would price the window coming out and a new display fitted.
