    beer cellar

    hi guys,
i have a customer that needs new cellar cooling but wants it to work over 35c ,because of the few hot days we have here in the uk . Anyone know of anyone other than the usual main suppliers ? and would you use water cooled ? if so what would you do regarding the waste water? thanks

Only know the usual climate ctr, dean and wood, fsw. Water cooled is gonna cost a lot in water usage unless he wants to use a heat exchanger after the water has gone through the condenser. Personally just a correct sized air cooled condenser would be a better plan and a good maintenance contract so the condenser is kept clear.

stick the condenser in the celler and exhaust the air of the condenser- ambient in the celler will be lower- make sure it aint in the actual beer store area- or just stick it in a shaded area away from strong winds

Normal system should cope with 35c ambient, most important thing is to have it checked over and the coils cleaned before the hot weather.
Mostly found in Oxfordshire, UK :)
