Starting new business uk

Hey guys iv decided that im going to go ahead and set up hvac business see if i can pick up some maintenace contracts first and see where it goes does any one from uk have any templates for maintenance agreements etc also advice or templates on how to tender,pricing etc things to get me started , best ways to pick up contracts. I used to be in sales a while back would you recommend direct sales to facilities managment companies ? Any advice again is much appreciated .

U won't get any fm companies you need a turn over of at least £1,000,000 and have to be in business for a few years before they would entertain you
