How to convert termal conduction formula [w.m-1.k-1] to [btu/in . k]

How to convert the termal conduction formula [w.m-1.k-1] to [btu/in . k]?

I'm a retired shrimper and registered nurse designing a refrigeration system. This part of the whole thing is beyond me. The system is RSW (raw sea water) using a 5 ton R410a compressor. The condenser is to be piping welded to the inside bottom of an aluminum hull. What I'm working on now is how many inches of weld will be needed for 5 ton of heat conduction in the condenser. ANY comment is appreciated.... Pinchmesh
