TK i-Box alarm codes

Hi there.
Does anyone know how to get the full list of alarm codes out of i-Box.
rather than just a shutdown alarm.

AFAIA you can only get shutdown codes from i-Box.... BUT you need to speak to the Telematics company that did the SDK work for your interface.

The i-Box I believe just needs to be configured differently.
So that the telematics company can read the alarms.

Problem is not sure how to configure.

The Telematics company who's kit it is interfacing with should have purchased an SDK, from this they would then develope their own interface and configure the i-Box accordingly.
Is this what has happened or has i-Box just been sourced 'off the shelf'
