Copeland Scrool zr72 Problem

Dear friend we replace a 5 ton air conditioner compressor with copeland zr72 and after 24 hour the air conditioner showed error.
compressor sounds was like sometimes that compressor has not any oil and after opening compressor we found that it has about 100 gram oil on it.
after replace oil the compressor become very hot and use from 13 to 20 A and overload.
we removed 4 way valve and it become full charged with R22 and use 11.4 amper but became very hot and has a bad noise.
we check t air conditioner ohms and its normal (about 2.6).
we think it has another restriction.
what are you thinking about that?
can this compressor work normal?
How we can fix this problem?

Have you checked rotation? If running backwards, scrolls will sound very rough. See attached video link for a visual understanding.

Yes we have checked rotation .
its rotate in correct direction.

Is it the right compressor?
What was the old one?
Why did the old one fail?
Are there adequate provisions for oil return?
