Frigidaire FL820 full height fridge not cold

I have a Frigidaire FL820 full height fridge that is not getting cold in the hot weather.

It does not have a freezer compartment. It is just a fridge.

There are black cooling fins the length of the back of the fridge and an Electrolux GD36AA R134A compressor at the bottom of it.

The compressor is very hot to the touch when switched on. I cannot see any fans unless they are enclosed in a housing of some kind.

Can anyone please help me troubleshoot. I am about to give the compressor housing and the black fins a thorough vacuum.

If you just remember to mention your area, lots of guys can help,

It has nothing to do with the weather, most probably lack of refrigerant or a blocked filter or capilar tube.
