NEEDED - Paragon Defrost Controller Manual
Hey Guys,
I am having no luck finding a manual for the following:
Paragon Electric Company
Defrost Time Controller
Model EC8003.
It has 5 buttons on the face with a small digital readout. run, mode, (arrow), enter, override.
This unit has pump-down, defrost, drain down and fan delay built in. They do not make this model anymore. Does anybody have a manual?

Re: NEEDED - Paragon Defrost Controller Manual
Hi, passandscore
Unfortunately cannot help with your problem, just practical advice ... to replace that one with Carel or Eliwell controller ... I know this is not the best answer but maybe of some help to you ..

Re: NEEDED - Paragon Defrost Controller Manual
Hi Passandscore.
Like you I came up blank.
However I did find a Unilive reccomended relacement.
Which is part of the Ivensis group the same as Paragon.
Which is listed as a ERC 2!

Re: NEEDED - Paragon Defrost Controller Manual
Thanks for the recommendations!
As these models fail I have been replacing them with a defrost controller from Parker.

I guess I will have to contact Paragon direct and have them search there archives for the manual. I have a lot of these units still in operation but only a handful of people know how to use them.
