hi guys ,don't think the fridge is defrosting properly,have continuity through the heater coil,fan is ok,does anybody no how to put the machine into diagnostics mode so i can put the heaters on,i can hear the fan blade catching on frost,i have had the upgrade done by samsung a few years ago,would appreciate any help,cheeers

hold top left and bottom right buttons puts it into force defrost so you can check the heater

tried that,nothing seem to happen,i was getting 2.k ohms through the element,i have since found out that it it should read about 338,in the diagnostics it showed dash which indicated no7, defrost error, so replaced the heater,so far so good, thanks for your help, cheers leffe
