Unhappy question for a Mitsubishi split system PLEASE

I installed a Mitsubishi dual zone MXZ-3B30NA R-410A unit (variable speed inverter) last fall for two separate zones, my garage and a second floor office.
Today the unit would not run. Both inside fans
individually are giving the same indications, they will run but no cool air,
after a few minutes the inside fans each shut down. The outside condenser fan and
compressor will start up at all. I pulled the cover of the outside unit
to find the red and the yellow L E D lights staying on steady. The service
manual stated these lights are indicating that all is good outside. The inside
fans have proper voltage as they both start but shut down shortly after
starting and the indicator lights continuously blink. I am at a loss as to my
next move. I installed the unit with no problem, I have printed out the
appropriate schematics, but now I really need a bit of assistance. I greatly
appreciate your time and any help you can offer.

You say that the indicator lights continuously blink on the indoor unit. What fault code is shown in the manual for the indoor unit? What model is the indoor unit?
