    R22 -POE/mineral or both?

O.K. guys I'm having a blond moment & can't find my gas information sheet, I'm pretty sure that R22 is one of the few gasses you can run with both POE or mineral oil (not mixed obviously)

yes, poe can be used with any refrigerant so long as it doesn't contain any more than 5% mineral or 50% ab oil content.

    Hi
we use an oil that is as near universal as you get Mobil Artic 22 cc. It is primarily used in R22 scroll systems that you may be thinking of changing to R404a in the future. It will mix with Mineral oil without problems. OK it's only a 22 weight oil but we still use it in bitzers, just not ant that is under warrenty. When it cames out of warrenty, then we switch to Artic 22cc. And it will get you out of ahole on a saturday night callout, provided that you then change the oil to Artic 22 on the next service.

    Kind Regards. Andy
