Resetting a Control Board on Fridge / Freezers ?

Hi Team,
Could anyone help . Is it possible to reset a control PCB on a fridge / freezer.
Model. Hailer RFF5050 ( HRF 285)

If anyone has a data sheet i would be very greatful.

At the moment i can either get the fridge section running by pressing the Buzzer release button for 10 seconds, or pressing it again to get the freezer section to work. This was just by luck i found this!
Does the freezer section take preference over the fridge section, (Its a one compressor model with a solonoid valve ) or can they both cool together.
If i purchased a replacement Control PCB do they come programmed? i remember buying one for an indesit and then having to pay for an engineer to program it. ( not told at the time of purchase that this would be the case)
