Hot and Cold Chamber rate of heating and cooling

I am currently in the process of building a hot and cold humidity chamber Type -1
    Test space : 100 litres
    450 mm x 450 mm x450 mm
    -70 to +100

The average rate of heating and cooloing required is 2.5k per minute.
Can some one explain how do i figure that out in terms of temperature/min?

K=Kelvin and for all intent and purpose (at least for your calculations) is the same as degrees C.
