compressor suction getting ice frosting
Hi,
We have chilled brine water system of minus 30 deg C, when temperature reaching minus 10 deg ice frosting start in expansion valve as well as suction valve. pl help me to resolve the issue

Could be evap flow not sufficient causing liquid refrigerant to stop boiling off before coming back to comp.

Do you mean ice ON the valve or ice IN the valve
At minus 10C I would expect ice/frost to form ON the valve....this is normal and doesn't need fixing.

water freezes below 0c. there is moisture (water) in the air, around the pipe. you stated its at -10c, so the moisture in the air is freezing onto the outside of the cold components.
am i missing something??

It doesn't sound like a serious issue. It happens quite normally at my place. Anyways, it is ideal that you get it checked at a refrigerator repair service center to be on the safe side!

the same jenifer from the bc rv forum trying to promote every one to only use general contractors? same location, same name, same empty profile, same age, nearly the same join time. ?
