water pressure problem
We have unit with hydro module placed on groun floor. The pump in unit send water firs in buffer tank and then to water heat exchanger. After that water thru 213mm steal pipe go up (12m elevation). On my opinion the ground chiller should have buffer tank before pump to colect water wich is deliver by free foll and roof chiller shoud have buffer placed like I first described. The problem wich we have is smoll pressure on separation tube on 12m 0,2 bar.Starting pressure from chiller is 2,6bar.Pipe 213mm 12m elevation ,55m horizontal 10 bends 90 degreas, one T,6 valves, one water strainer.Pump diagram 1,7bar on 17m elevation.

Re: water pressure problem
hi feind
the water pressur must be out from the last terminal of usage at perssur 1.5 bar.
you said you have 12 m hight building,(app.1.2 bar)
the elbows and bends and strainers takes 0.5 bar app.
so a rough calculation gives
1.5+1.2+0.5=3.2bar
the amount of water ,must be sufficent to several uses of water,
this the least pressure the pump must delever to water network
moreover you
may have strainer blocked , that reduces water pressure
all regards
