Coil design is best left to reputable coil manufacturers. Give them you design air on and air off required conditions.
Too many variables to re-invent the wheel, coil effective surface area, air dwell time, fin spacing standard or progressive, face velocities, air side pressure differential, filters fitted, induced air flow or forced air flow. DX of water chilled, integrated or full face feed. The options are endless.
