what is the difference between water cooled condenser and water cooled oil cooler, both are Bitzer make...
can i use oil cooler for condenser purpose if i have a lot of oil cooler ??

The difference with probably be only in the capacity, or in the way the circuits are laid out, one may have more passes and different number of tubes than the other. if you can take the ends off you may be able to see how the circuits are laid out. There will possibly be very little difference between them and they may be interchangeable.
If you have model numbers you should be able to get this information from a bitzer agent.
