    Thermo King Smart Reefer Nv-VI wont start



    It is not throwing any alarm codes...Turn on, screen lights up, Preheat buzzer never starts and unit never trys to do anything. Reefer company(unnamed at time)replaced controller board..does same thing...nothing happens... then throws a 74 code. Now they are saying the chip needs to be programmed(2weeks)????I'm not buying this...I swapped with a working controller board from working reefer and got nothing. Please Help

    Is there a door switch fitted to the trailer.
