Re: Needed sincere advice....
Change jobs and start working in the field, the best engineers are those that have done the entire range from hands on work all the way through to theoretical calculations.

I suspect that '750 Valve' is correct.
Your present company has probably employed you in a position away from the hands-on side of the business. You could discuss with them & see where it goes. Alternatively, you may need to look into another employer.Engineering Specialist - Cuprobraze, Nocolok, CD Technology
Rarefied Technologies ( SE Asia )

Re: Needed sincere advice....
Hi, noufil, I am also in DUBAI. Most of the refrigeration air conditioning engineers in UAE are graduated in B-tech mechanical engineering. I think there are two or three papers about HVAC in their course. Better you can achieve M-tech in hvac by distance course and same time you can continue your current job.

Re: Needed sincere advice....
If you are really interested, there are advanced courses conducted by ISHRAE Chapter in Delhi and Banglore. I had attended the training from ISHRAE and its a good deal. Moreover if you are interested in CFD, try to find one. Tunnel ventilation, jet fans, clean room air conditioning all are dependent on CFD!
