I have modified a system from R 134 a to R 22, initialy it has Danfoss SZ 240 with TEN 5 expansion valve orifice no. 4, Since oil is different for both the gases, so I flushed it thoroughly, Now i have fitted Emmerson make KCG 72 (2nos) in tandem sequence and expansion valve is changed to TEX 5 with orifice no. 2, initialy system has 15 kg R 134a but now I have charged 24 kg R 22 into the system, parameters are as follows:- suction pressure 70-80 PSIG discharge is 350 - 370 PSIG return gas temperature is 10-15 degree. Here the problem is I am not getting proper Evaporator, It should be around 3-5 deg C while I am getting 15-17 deg Evaporator temperature, I woder what went wrong??

Going by your pressures your are massively overcharged. Remove gas until your pressures and temps come right.
Also there was no need to change the oil as POE oil works fine with R22.
