    Delfield 2-door Reach-inCooler Low-Suction/High Condensing Issue

I've replaced the cap tube with 100" of a B-4 (should be well enough sized for R-22 system, 1/2 hp) and new dryer. The The only way I can get the suction up to 15 F is to get the condensing up to 125 F. Condensing air temp is like 80. So I have a TD of around 25-28 F and a cond split of around 40F. The box runs and pulls down, but it's not feeding enough gas. I tried to feel for a temp drop along the new filter and filter/cap tube connection but none. Really strange. Must be a restriction, but hard to tell where.

    Thanks, David Shevick 415.794.2084
