What is the HP switch set at? You say the fan is running, the coils clean, and there's plenty of ventilation, maybe the switch needs adjusting to stop the compressor over running.
Is the dryer sized correctly for the compressed air volume?Last edited by chilliwilly; 16-05-2013 at 12:04 AM.
Training may be finished but experience is never complete.

Re: Integral dryer on compair
Is the compressed air inlet to the dryer to high. What type of pressure switch is it? If it`s round one with a reset button on the top that screws directly onto a schraeder fitting replace it with one connected via a capillary tube as the round ones are crap, and as they are fitted onto the pipework they can be affected by vibration.

Clean the condenser even if it looks clean. Check the capacitor on the fan motor.
Mostly found in Oxfordshire, UK :)
