Condenser fan queries

I have been asked to look at a pattiserie case because the noise from the condenser fans is much too loud, there are 4 small high speed fans ( almost like a papst fan ) the case is new so fans are not defective it's just the noise of the blades cutting through the air that's the problem ! Would a fan speed controller be an option ? Without affecting pressures too greatly ? Fans are also permanently fed which I found strange aswell. Compressor is a copeland scroll.

sounds like its a tropicalised cabinet they wire the fans to cool things down when the comp is off is the cabinet in a very warm enviroment?,some of the chinese fans maybe noisey is changing them to a better make an option.

Late reply I know, fans changed to papst brand and now fed from the contactor along with compressor which has massively reduced the noise ! Thank you
