Somebody can tell me, can i save in that device Kv of another manufacturers valves. Through the program or in the manual. Have it firmware or not?

That appears to be just for Oventrop valves.
I use a normal digital pressure differential meter with normal 6mm flexi tubes. I have to have the pressure curves for the balancing valves though to interpret the readings.
