Unfortunately those are installation manuals and not much help. TK does not publish manuals for the general public.
To change from Fahrenheit to Celsius is buried in super guarded access.
With unit in continuous run, scroll to ddr, press and hold the tk button, this is guarded access (maintenance meters and defrost) scroll to ddr again, press and hold the tk button, this is super guarded access. Scroll to dE (degrees displayed) press the enter button, up or down to change and enter again to load the change.
