LACHAIR GuestBrema m/n c80 help
Currently working on a Brema c80-AQ ice maker, having issues with hot gas defrost timing out quickly and not clearing plate, I have decreased ice thickness, cleaned/descaled the plate, gas charge seems good, unit is sweating back to compressor and evap is flooded....... I am at a bit of a loss. Chasing a wiring diagram or ideas. any ideas appriciated.Cheers
hgd soliniod is working...only thing i can come up with is possible compressor going slightly inefficiant. Diagram for Brema's seem to be hens teeh. HELP

Most obvious thing to check is that the outlet of the hot gas valve is hot to touch and that there is water dripping from the ice cubes during harvest. If not then check the head pressure which on R404a should be at around 150psi during harvest.
A less obvious thing is to check the water fill as the water flowing onto the evaporator during harvest plays an essential role in releasing the ice.
