Aermec air to water heat pump

Hi has anybody ever had any trouble with a aermec unit that seems to go on defrost very often (d1) I have also found the unit cuts off on fault h1 and it has to be manually reset. I have looked through the net but can't seem to get any info on the controller for fault codes the controller is called u chiller. i would really appreciate any help , cheers

Never worked on Aermec myself but,

Excessive defrosts could be a dirty outdoor coil, obstructed airways around the outdoor unit or a lack of refrigerant.

Thanks for the reply I checked every thing like that and all is good I'd like to get into parameters to check probs etc but I am having trouble finding a manual. I will email aermec tonight to see if they can help , cheers

U chiller controller is more than likely a Carel micro chiller controller
