My outfit sold quite a few but was I less than impressed at the Panasonic back up. Hopefully your wholesaler is better. Training at Panasonic wasn't bad, kit seemed good and controller alright to set up.
Panasonic were taking the sacrificial anode out to fit a pressure relief valve in the tanks. Look for the spur marks on the side. Yee ha cowboy!

Well I think that it was not a Panasonic's fault. Might be possible that your dealer make you the wrong directions that you can not get the right deals with it other wise it works really nice and good to have.
