Modeling Software
What do you think is the best software out there for modeling grocery store refrigeration? We do a lot of computer simulations using DOE-2 for buildings and HVAC, but it is pretty limited for refrigeration systems. I'm interested in simulations that provide accurate annual energy use, not just sizing tools. Also, we need to model interactive effects between store HVAC and refrigerated cases.
Also, if you know of any similar tools for ammonia systems, I would be very interested in that too.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Re: Modeling Software
For a lot of simulations I have used Coolpack wich is very helpfull. It is a colection for tools that makes it possible to simulate a lot of things with many different refrigerants. The software is free and can be downloaded on http://www.et.dtu.dk/coolpack
