I've cream maker HM 106

Hi
does any one have any instructions on one of these HM 106 machines (like the ones in Nandos ice cream factory) it has a electronic controller showing temp 1 & temp 2 & a percentage ( which goes from 1-12)
The machine seems to work ok but ice cream a bit heavy/ dense, how do you introduce more air??
any info regarding this machine would be great

I have some more details for this machine it's manufactured by a company called Hommy any help would be gratefull
