Large refrigerated warehouse

Running a 420,000 sq ft ammoina refrigerated warehouse was asked to come up with a maintenance program daily,weekly,monthly yearly for the equipment in the building could anyone point me in the right direction to find some sort of template on maintenance scheduling. I have always been kind of old school and just know when to do things but times are changing. Thanx ahead of time for any advise.

Check the maintenance manuals for the equipment. Most will give you recommended maintenance items and how often etc... Use that to make spreadsheets that list hour meter readings at last performed and next due. Mine calculate the next due automatically when I enter a value into the current hours field. Or go buy some maintenance planning software but my spreadsheets were cheaper.
