    Bitzer 8FC-70.2Y Unloader

just reading the tech manual, in full load operation compressor delivers on all cylinders (8) hence valve open full flow. in part load the suction port in the corresponding cylinder head closes... im guessing with 8 cylinders and 2 unloading heads, in part load it will only run 4 with gas pressure...the other 4 run idle.. so at any one time one head should be open? and in full load both will be open running on all 8...?

looking for some clarification on how they run/work

    thanks

The capacity control is 100% (8 cylinders), 75% (6 cylinders) and 50% (4 cylinders). The compressor have 2 solenoid control valves.

The minimum possible capacity is achieved with 4 cylinders.

Also, the compressor doesn't have start unloader system.
