Mcquay Water Cooled Pac Unit Discharge Pressure

    Hi Guys

I am currently working on a 2 Stage Mcquay Water cooled Package Unit that has hi discharge pressure on 1 circuit.

    Refrigerant R22

Discharge Pressure in Circuit 1 is 1600 kPa
Suction Pressure in Circuit 1 is 400 kPa

Discharge Pressure in Circuit 2 is 2100 kPa
Suction Pressure in Circuit 2 is 425 kPa

I have reclaimed refrigerant from both Circuits and weighed in new charge as per unit name plate to make sure its not over/under charged and that there is not non non condensables in system.

I have had the condenser coils acid treated by a water treatment company.

This Unit has a common stat valve that T's off into both coils. The owner of the building has informed us that the condenser water pipe system has been balances recently. when touching the water in and out near the stat valve there seems to be a large temp difference. i need to confirm this temp difference when on site next.

Im going to measure the water flow as well when on site next to confirm right flow but am wondering what else could cause this issue or what to check next?

    Really appreciate any help.
