Toshiba vrf not heating PMV problems

Hi

I have been working on this system a week know i have had to carry out a pressure leak test and repair the leaks and replace both compressors and invertors boards to to get this system up and running.
Out of nine room one room is not working and talking to Toshiba Tech i have checked the flow selector box and checked the svd solenoid valve for heating operation both pipes upto temp but checking in the diagnostics on the crontroller code 8 is at 3 Toshiba said the pmv is closed and im am know moving onto this ive tried ring Toshiba today they must have problems because i cant get hold of them.
I need to check the function of the pmv i guess
1)Check wiring plug is in
2)Valve installed properly etc
3) i guess voltages off pcb ???????? this is where im stuck.
4)readings of valve head ohms or voltages im stuck here.

Please can someome help what i need to do next or where to start and what readings i need to take.

First,
Check the values against the valves you know are operating...

Normally it is the coils that failed. Check that you got 240V to the coil and that you got similar resistance through the suspect coil as you do through a coil you know is working.
