It is possible to download Itool from Carels website because I did it historically.
You need to search their website that's all!

I contacted Carel about purchasing Carel1Tool & they said that to buy it you first need to attend their training course in Italy
The cost was £1300.00 + Travel & accommodation etc

1Tool is not a plug and play software, you need training on it, for training please contact 1tool@carel.com.

Why do you need 1Tool? Can arrange for a demo software - however, to get full access ,you need to contact Carel and attend a training course.
