Re: fujitsu lights flashing
Please describe lights as "Operation" "Timer" Etc.
Count total number of flashes of each light individually. Eg: 2 together + 5 individually = 2 of one and 7 of the other.
It sounds like you are describing 7 operation + 2 timer flashes, which would be a coil airflow or refrigeration circuit error.

Re: fujitsu lights flashing
yes you are correct its 2x timer and 7x operation
any ideas how to fix this problem or what parts might be required?

Re: fujitsu lights flashing
Discharge temp error - normally flags up when this probe has measured over 100*C odd.
Look for something that has caused head pressure to go too high thereby raising discharge temp or the more common reason (over here anyway) short of refrigerant.

Re: fujitsu lights flashing
A couple of common causes for this fault: Lack of refrigerant (Either EEV fault or a leak) resulting in high discharge temp, or comp on the way out resulting in high discharge temp.
If everything is clean and airflow is correct, and it's not short of gas, chances are it will be your compressor is at the end of it's life.
Most times I've encountered this fault, and it's not short of gas, it's terminal.
Changing the discharge thermistor rarely solves the problem.Last edited by flyinkiwi; 26-01-2013 at 01:01 AM. Reason: More detail re: refrigerant causes.

Re: fujitsu lights flashing
Best course of action would be to check your discharge thermistor.
If thermistor is correct, weigh the refrigerant out.
If charge weight is correct, you are more than likely looking at a compressor or EEV problem.Last edited by flyinkiwi; 26-01-2013 at 12:42 AM.

Re: fujitsu lights flashing
Could be similar to Mitzi, in that if someone has pizzed around with louvers that there is a micro switch on louvers that basically says pizz off and all lights flash. Reset micro switch and all will be OK
