Better refrigerant?
Hi all,
I am gonna need to cool down a tank of fresh water aquarium down to 4°C, which refrigerant is better, R22 or R404? Thanks.

R22 for sure!
I wait in anticipation for the screams and crying from the peanut galleries!!!I love the smell of Ammonia in the morning!

As for me R-290! cheap very safe and excellent characteristics for head pressure discharge temp and compression ratio and beats the hell out of R-22! Yet has nearly the same evap temp.
