Consideration

How's this for consideration. Got a call last night (New Year's eve) middle of the evening. Refrigerated trailer (12m) loaded with meat, not working on mains electric. Went to it this morning, Batt flat, alternator cooked and wireing burnt. arrived on site 7.30am, stack of dolabs (big pallet type plastic boxes) in front of the fridge so can't get to it without moving them all myself. Security man (only person on site) says that they? spent all previous day bug*""*ing around with it trying to get it going with a boost starter/charger. So they? have caused more trouble and made a simple job that could have been done before the New Year a tiresome one on New Year's day. (wait till they get the bill) Revenge is sweet.

that happens al the time in the fridge job.quote we were going to ring the other day when we thought something was wrong,but no they ring when all is lost in the middle of the night/weekend charge em up thats what i say!!

Most customers hold an undying belief in the 'self fixing fridge'

It's only when they concede this may not be the case with this particular fridge do they resort to phoning..usually Friday afternoon.
