Cold Storage for vegetables?
Hi again from Indonesia I actually have two questions:
1. I'm gonna build a cold storage room for vegetables with the dimension of 5m x 10m x 3.5m, initial temperature would be around 26°C and need to bring the temperature down to 10°C.
How much compressor power do I need?
And what system shall I use? Because from previous experience, using evaporator will result in drying the vegetables.
2. I have a 1000 liter of water with the temperature of 80°C, would like to stabilise the temperature down to 40°C, how do I calculate the compressor power?
Thanks in advance! Any help would be appreciate it.

Re: Cold Storage for vegetables?
Contact a reputable system designer.
If you had dry vegetables then your system was not designed or working correctly.Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Re: Cold Storage for vegetables?
hi adam
for the dimensions of this room you need
1-12 kw evaporator
2-10 kw compressor capacity
for your previous experience you need a bigger evaporator
