Hi,
I have PCOc board and i need to take out temperature and alarm logs, is it possible to do that?
Or additional card for connection with PC.

it is fundementaly possible to do with Rs485 connection using winload or PCOmanager.
Guess what you will need a converter!!!
A smart key will collect log files but as above you need to purchase a smart key!!
Ask Santa for a Key for Christmas!I love the smell of Ammonia in the morning!

Hi
the answer above is not quite right.
with smart key , you just copy the software and current configuration, you don't need those, you need to do data logging, none of the software made by CAREL does it, you normally require connectivity to BMS to monitore and record require data.
all i can suggest is , if they have an existing BMS network on Modbus or Bacnet , order a serial card and connect the PCO to the network, otherwise you need to order a CAREL monitoring system such as Plant visor pro 2 or Plantwatch pro 2, these work only with standard CAREL application software .
